Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 January 1981) is an American political commentator. Her previous roles included a presidential candidate and hosting a television show on MSNBC. She's a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and a former co-host on The Hill's Rising with Saagar Ejeti. Enjeti and Ball announced in May 2021 that they'd be leaving the show to launch their own show, Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is the co-host of the show Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has been featured on network programs such as CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time with Bill Maher. As of 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball is adamant about her fascination with politics to her experience as a new mom during the 2008 primaries. She also watched the US presidential election from Jordan when she was working there. She was able see the effect it had on the citizens of her country and developed an appreciation for the worldwide impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia’s 1st congressional District in 2010. She was defeated by Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. She hosted The Cycle on MSNBC program The Cycle from June 2012 until July 2015. She hosted The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 through July 2015.
