Emily Rose

 Emily Rose Compagno was born on the 9th of November, 1979. She is an American TV host, attorney, and former cheerleader for the National Football League (NFL). She also hosts of Outnumbered and often appears on Gutfeld! Compagno was born in east Oakland's Oak Knoll Naval Hospital, Oakland California and raised in El Cerrito, California, the daughter of Katherine (nee Bertsch) and John Compagno. Her father is Italian. Emily has two brothers. Her great-grandfather William Harry Bertsch won the Silver Star during World War II. The "Rose" Emily's name, honours Bertsch. She graduated with a bachelor's degree. She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in political science. There, she was awarded the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Cadet of the Quarter award. She graduated with an J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2006.Emily lives in New York City. She is involved in nonprofits which aid US veterans K9, law enforcement and veterans and also Native American causes.

She is best known for her starring role as deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson on the TNT crime drama The Closer.
